DROM, tire flips
Squats with cone on head

Skill:
Pullups - Kipping and pulling over the bar

Strength:
Laser Beams

WOD:
"Tow Truck"  Obstacle Course

Game:
Sponge Bucket Square Pants

Journal:
Draw 3 vegetables
