Battle Ropes
50m forward run/backward run
50m high knees/butt kickers
50side to side/high knee skips

Skill:
Ring work- knee raises, toes thru rings

Strength:
Push press/thrusters

WOD:
7AMRAP
2 wall walks
6 knee raises
8 thrusters

Tug of War
